Dasar privasi bagi laman web ini.
The short version. This website has no forms, no accounts and no login. We do not ask you for anything, and nothing you type is sent to us through it.
If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. The only other data is the ordinary server log our host keeps, and any email you choose to send us.
Who we are
This site is operated by Lonjak Ventures PLT (Registration No. 202604001017), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia, based in Negeri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur.

What this website collects
Nothing directly. There are no contact forms, no newsletter sign-ups, no accounts and no comment fields anywhere on this site. Every way of contacting us is an ordinary email link.
Three things are nevertheless processed when you visit, described below: analytics (only with your consent), server logs, and email you send us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. It is switched off until you accept it. When you first arrive, a banner asks. Until you choose, and permanently if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and no identifiers are sent.
If you accept, Google Analytics collects pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, the site or search that referred you, and general device and browser type. Your full IP address is not stored. We cannot see who you are from this, and we do not try to identify individual visitors.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the name lv-consent. That value never leaves your device.
Server logs
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like every web host, its servers record requests, including IP address, time, page requested and browser type. These logs exist to deliver the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse. They are kept for a short period, typically about thirty days, and we do not use them to build any profile of you.
If you write to us, we receive whatever you send: your address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. Our email runs on Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our dealings with partners, funders and regulators, then delete it.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a font network, so visiting does not notify any third party.

Who else processes this data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Three providers process data on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and server logs.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, and Google Workspace for our email.
- Exabytes Network Sdn. Bhd. — domain and DNS services.
These providers operate servers outside Malaysia, including in the United States and Singapore, so data described here may be processed abroad under the contractual protections those providers offer.

This site links to NakHalal and to our LinkedIn page. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent you previously gave. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR additionally give you rights to erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
To exercise any of these, email admin@lonjak.com.my. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Choosing to decline there also deletes any analytics cookies already set. You may additionally install Google's opt-out browser add-on, which blocks Google Analytics on every site you visit.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses, regulators and investors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date below. Material changes affecting analytics will also reset the consent banner, so you will be asked again.
